• Term payments are required unless organised with Miss Jazz. Accounts will be
  issued before the end of each term.
• Fees are to be paid for in advance and re non-refundable. Credits and refunds will
  not be issued due to illness, holidays or if you choose not to return during the
  term for any reason. A serious illness of more than 3 weeks fees may be discussed
  with Miss Jazz.
• Fees must be paid within 21 days or a 5% penalty fee will apply.
• Parents who are unable to meet payment date must speak with Miss Jazz to
  discuss a payment plan.
• Overhead costs continue regardless, therefore there can be no refunds for
  classes. JAZZ IT UP cannot provide professional class lessons for any of our
  students unless fulfillment of financial commitments is met.
• All students participating in JAZZ IT UP CLASSES are covered by DANCESURANCE,
  which is covered in the insurance fee.
